Fried rice is one of the most favorite processed rice foods in Indonesia, especially in Aceh or Sumatra. Our area really likes this one food processed with various combinations of carbohydrates that can increase appetite. Fried rice is often served as a breakfast or dinner menu for the family, now this fried rice menu is widely sold on the roadside, even in magnificent restaurants this menu is also served as a customer's favorite menu.
Serving special fried rice, the taste is incomplete without pickles, usually in my area they use pickled onions for their fried rice, because I want something different and complete for this dish, I will bring pickled cucumber and carrots to create freshness and color nuance colorful on a serving plate. Cooking Procedure
1. How to Make Fried Rice |

Step 1Cooking the rice first then let the rice cool, Next I started adding sweet soy sauce to the chilled white rice. |

Step 2Stir the soy sauce evenly distributed throughout the rice, break the rice if the rice is lumpy, this greatly affects of your fried rice. |

Step 3Then melt the margarine in a frying pan, wait until the margarine is really hot, so that the eggs produced are attractive in color |

Step 4Then fry 1 egg, then stir scrambled eggs until cracke, after it's cooked perfectly, I lift the egg and set it aside |

Serving Suggestions
I suggest you serve it on a plate by combining slices of thinly sliced cucumber and adding fish with soy sauce as I did this. Now, don't forget the special combination of pickles because this is a pair of fried rice that cannot be separated, the combination of the two is the hallmark of fried rice in our area of course.
Egg fried rice with a combination of pickled cucumber and carrots is my family's choice of menu, the taste of the rice is savory, slightly sweet and salty, not spicy at all, because it uses chili paste that has been cooked beforehand.
