Broccoli Tofu Balls
Tofu is often the main ingredient that is often in my refrigerator, tofu is even the most favorite type of ingredient at home. When I cultivate tofu into a new food, I will never doubt the taste. Ingredients
1 small piece of broccoli
1 carrot
2 stalks of green onions
4 spoons of flour
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon mushroom stock
Steps To Make
Cut only the broccoli flowers, set aside the stems, chop finely, then also chop the carrots and green onions.
Mash the tofu using a fork or other growing tool, mash until smooth.
Mix the tofu with the vegetables that have been cut into small pieces then stir until evenly distributed.
Add flour, and also salt and mushroom stock then stir again until the mixture is even.
After the dough is evenly distributed, form a small round dough, do it until it's finished.
Then fry until golden brown, and drain, the tofu balls are ready to be enjoyed with your favorite sauce.
Results
Broccoli tofu balls are ready to serve, have a crunchy texture on the outside and soft on the inside. So it is very suitable as a snack dish for your child at home. Even if you don't want it greasy you can bake it in the airfryer or something. In my opinion, this is a way of serving delicious snacks for children so they want to eat vegetables.
