This afternoon's menu is a recipe for cooking milkfish and potatoes with red spices using coconut milk, this menu is very tasty and savory, this is one of the recipes I make most often at home, because Milkfish is the most popular recipe with red coconut milk spices.
Several processes for cooking milkfish and potatoes with red spices using coconut milk:
- 9 pieces of milkfish
- potatoes 3 Fruit
- curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- 3 sprigs of curry leaves
- Coconut milk 300 ml
- 1 lime
- 8 sium red onions
- 3 pieces of garlic
- Cayenne pepper 8 pieces
- 7 red chilies
- 7 curly red chilies
- 1 sd coriander
- half a tablespoon of fennel
- Candlenuts 2 pieces
- Turmeric 1 segment
- ginger 1cm
✔️We add salt and lime to the fish, stir until evenly mixed and let sit for a while.
✔️Then clean the potatoes and cut them lengthwise, and slice 4 red chilies at an angle .
✔️Blend the spices until smooth, then add them to the fish that we have added lime to, stir until evenly mixed and let sit for a while.
✔️Then, we separate the pieces Leaf Curry from the stems. And we just slice the shallots a little to use as a stir-fry seasoning. Then heat the oil and add the curry leaves and shallots, wait until they wilt.
✔️After the shallots look reddish then we add the fish which we have mixed with the ground spices and stir until evenly wait for it to boil for a while then we add the coconut milk and stir again.
✔️Wait until it boils then add the potato salt and red chilies and stir until evenly mixed then wait about 10 minutes or 15 minutes then we turn off the stove and check the taste.
