Sweet Sambal Lado Potatoes

Today at our place the weather is a little drizzling and it's lazy to leave the house, but housewives' activities always run according to time .
Today I don't know what menu to make for our lunch, there are only potatoes left, then I process only potatoes, process fast and doesn't take long.
Potatoes themselves have a hard texture, besides being able to be processed with various kinds of dishes, there are also chips, stews, and lots of other things that can be created from raw material This potato.
Today I will only process it simply, make chili lado potatoes.
Immediately, a few steps that I share to make it.
PROCESS
MATERIAL
✔️ Potatoes 2 pieces,8 red chilies, 2 garlic cloves, 1 large red onion, 3 lime leaves, 3 tbsp rice flour, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp salt, enough cooking oil, enough water.
Step 1
Clean the potatoes, then cut into cubes lengthwise, then wash everything clean .
Step 2
After the potatoes are cut, add salt and rice flour to the potatoes, and add enough water and stir until evenly distributed with the flour.
Step 3
Grind fine spices such as chilies and onions, I grind a little rough.
Step 4
Potatoes that have been soaked with flour, then fried until reddish
Step 5
The spices that have been ground, then we cook.
Then add the lime leaves,Salt And sugar, correct for the taste, if you don't want it too sweet, you can reduce the sugar.
Stir until evenly distributed, wait 2 minutes until the chilies lose their smell, then add the fried potatoes
