Hoy les comparto mis mini-tequeños fritos y asados de mortadela. 😋 Estuve tratando de salir de la rutina del queso🧀😌 y se me ocurrió ponerles esta mortadela. Lo bueno fue que a todos en casa les encantó🤩, los comieron calentitos y más al pequeño de la casa tuve que darle mayor cantidad de la que normalmente le doy, ya que si es algo nuevo que le gusta puede llegar a comer tanto como un hombre. 🤣

Today I'm sharing my fried and roasted rolled-mortadella sticks. 😋 I was trying to get out of the cheese routine🧀😌 and it occurred to me to put this mortadella on them. The good thing was that everyone at home loved it🤩, they ate them warm and I had to give more to the little one in the house than I normally do, because if it's something new that he likes he can eat as much as a man. 🤣

La receta del día de hoy es relativamente fácil y rápida y los ingredientes son económicos y muy pocos. Las podemos preparar para una reunión como aperitivos, snacks o para un desayuno, si así lo prefieren.

Para esta receta necesitaremos una espumadera o unas pinzas para tener el control al momento de voltear y sacar los tequeñitos

Para prepararlos necesitaremos:

  • 2 ½ tza de harina trigo leudante.
  • 1 tza de agua.
  • 1 crda de azúcar.
  • 2 crda de aceite.
  • ½ cdita de sal.
  • 300g de mortadela.
  • 1 tza de aceite-> Para freir

To prepare them we will need:

  • 1 cup of water.
  • 1 cord of sugar.
  • 2 tbsp of oil.

Procedimiento:
En una superficie plana y limpia colocamos la harina de trigo y formamos como una especie de volcán y en el cráter del mismo añadimos el azúcar, la sal, el aceite y, por último, el agua, e iremos mezclado de a poco con nuestros dedos hasta integrarla toda.

Process:
On a flat and clean surface place the wheat flour and form a kind of volcano and in its crater add the sugar, salt, oil and, finally, the water, and we will mix little by little with our fingers until we integrate it all.

Amasamos sólo 3mins, y si se llega a pegar la masa, sólo le agregamos un poquito más de harina y la amasaremos por un 1min más. No la amasaremos tanto porque de ser así la masa se tornaría dura y tendríamos que esperan más tiempo a que repose o se relaje. Damos forma redonda y la tapamos con un embace por 15 min. para que repose.
