Sometimes ago in a village, there is an old man called Leo who would sit in his hut and watch people around the village. He does not relate or talk to anybody in the village. He does not even have a relative or friends.
He gets his things within his hut because he has a little farm that provides him food and other necessary things for himself. But there is this little boy called Laim, who is very kind and helps older people because he believes that it is a normal thing for a younger person to help an elderly person. Liam helps this old man to fetch, clean and do some necessary things in his hut. After some time, he became very close to Mr Leo.
One day, Laim said to Mr Leo why are you living all by yourself? Why don’t you have any relative or friend?. Then Mr Leo decided to tell him the story of his life.
Mr Leo was born into a happy family . Not until his father met a lady which she manipulated him and he ended up marrying her and everything changed. He watched his father the way he treated his mother because his mother was the first wife. His father never took responsibility of his mother and siblings again. He only cared about his other family. At the end of it, his mother died.
Mr Leo had to take responsibility of his siblings and himself.
Mr Leo grew up with that scar in him till he got to the stage of having a wife.
His siblings persuaded him so many times before he decided to get married. He married this young beautiful woman not because he loved her but because he needed to accept and satisfy his siblings. The scar in him didn’t make him treat this woman right. He would not act like an husband. He prefers talking to his siblings than talking to his wife. He does not even regard women and not to talk about his wife.
People started questioning if he was impotent or he hates his wife. This whole conversation in the village got him worried but he knows what he’s doing and everything wasn’t his fault, but what his father did to them. After which the king decided to talk to him and make him understand that he needed to do the rightful and prove the villagers wrong.
He ended up getting his wife pregnant, she had a bouncing baby boy and the whole family and villagers were happy for him.
But this doesn’t change his personality. He named the boy Memoria because the boy brought back the memory of his father. He didn’t do the needful and never watched over his family. He only cared about himself because he thinks the child might end up being like his father. He hated Memoria so much that he doesn’t want to see him.
Memoria and his mother ended up leaving him since he doesn’t want to see them or have anything to do with them. When they were leaving, the woman said; I don’t want to ever set my eyes on you and don’t ever ask about my son, I leave you to yourself. The whole villagers hated Mr Leo so much that the king ordered the whole villagers not to have anything to do with him since he doesn’t care about his family.
Memoria’s mother had to raise him all by herself. She also made sure that they did not need any of Mr Leo’s help. She ended up getting married to another man. This man accepted her with Memoria and took good care of her. She gave birth to other children and lived a very good life.
After so many years, Memoria grew up to be a very successful man . He got married and lived a good life. The whole village made jest of Mr Leo and he regretted his actions. This time, Mr Leo realized that he should not have judged his son based on the kind of person his father was.
He told Liam; this is why I ended up my life like this and I never knew things will end up like this. I thought I was doing the right thing
Liam did all he needed to help Mr Leo with and left after the whole story. But this does not stop Liam from helping Mr Leo.
And this is the craziest ah-ah moment of his life. He ended up living his life alone.
