This is our 1st year in a long time without a real Christmas Tree. Or Ashera Tree … whatever its origins ….
For the last few years we haven’t had any snow at all and we had to track thru fields of mud to chop it down and carry it back to the car …
So this year we went with a Petroleum based (plastic) White Spruce with flocking … a fancy word for fake snow.
It looks pretty good… and it might be the only snow we see again ….
Very strange for Eastern Ontario. Compared to the 5’ they have West of us ?????
