We are in a world where a lot of important things are being over looked or should I say taken for granted, especially in the world of Men, we are mostly taken as the Rigid, non emotional and workaholic gender that doesn't need to given special offers or needs or perhaps affection or maybe to have fun.

This is usually how it has been and the truth is that we men need such care, time and consideration as the Women too.
Whenever a woman gives birth, she is given the some special treatments and extra time off from work, this time around it is called; Paternity Leave.
A paternity Leave can be a period of absence from work granted to a mother before and after the birth of her child.

What are my thoughts towards wether a Man should given a paternity leave?

So Just like I discussed here earlier, I strongly believe that a man should be given a paternity leave. Most of the time the Men are usually at work no Matter what the important stuff that happened in their family.
Doing this will give a husband for example to have a lot of time for his family, this would help the men have enough time for special Bonding with the new born baby and also provide some physical and Emotional support to the Mother and Kid.

As vital as this sounds unfortunately that doesn't happen in our modern day time.

Just as the women too have that privileged of having getting a free time during and after pregnancy, should also be applicable to men who their men is about to give birth or if their wife has given birth already.

That time spent with his family can go a long way to strengthen the family bond, the little baby also need the father to be around him, so why not a Leave specially dedicated to Men too.

One of the things that strained the relationship between me and my father, in fact not just with me alone but all the other members of the family is the lack of availability of my Dad.
He has always been the kind of busy Dad, that mostly don't have time for us.
My dad was not there to provide us with emotional and psychological support we needed, when we are younger, so this unavailability create a lot of distance between us the children and Him as our father.

I don't want to be that kind of Dad that would be too busy to even bond with His Children. I want to be ever available for my Family, and for me a paternity Leave would be Just amazing.
During My Leave, I have a lot of Fun things to do with my family. Like Having fun with my wife and Baby, buying all the necessary items that my family would need during my leave and also Be there for them, should in case they needed anything at all, I would be there for them.

In conclusion; it would be a great idea for men to have a paternity leave too, it will avail the Man enough time to spend with His Wife and Baby.

Thanks so much for your time 💖

I hope you enjoy and have a great day 😘

It is something men can do since a newborn baby is involved. My husband does that but then still goes to work. Anytime he is around, I get so happy because all the responsibilities fall on him: going to the market, cooking, washing, and others.
