I'm excited as I write this. It's been a while since I saw this anime and I didn't just get that feeling to talk about it on here. This was before I realized it's genuinely an open community here and there's no shade to bl or gl readers. I don't know, forgive me for the semi stereo type statement. Alright,it was a sudden thought or would I say reminder? You know that feeling when you suddenly remember a shirt or pair of trouser you haven't seen in awhile? And you quickly go ahead to look for it deep in your closet or wardrobe? Yeah, that was similar to what I felt earlier today. It was just like a bomb on me and I remembered this beautiful show. It was part of the first bl shows I saw, alongst side Dakaretai Okoto(another beautiful series by the way)
I quickly decided to check on Pinterest for some edits of them and it was so heartwarming. For some reasons, I'm finding it difficult to start a show and complete it so I'm just rewatching series I've watched before. Probably because of the exams I'm writing,I don't even know. Please guys, come save me from the shackles of this major I'm studying
Alright, let's press a button and fast forward to the anime I decided to ransack Pinterest for. Sekaiichi Hatsukoi.

Sekaiichi Hatsukoi ia an anime written by Shinjuku Nakurama. The anime is also known as, "The World's Greatest First Love". It graced us with its prescence in the year, 2011. The anime follows the story of two couples:Ritsu Onodera and Masamune Takano, and Chiaki Yoshino and Yoshiyuki Hatori.
Ritsu Onodera is a talented young editor who's just landed a job at Marukawa Publishing. Ritsu's got skills, but he's also got a bit of an attitude problem. He's convinced that he's destined for greatness, and he's not afraid to speak his mind.
But Ritsu's world is turned upside down when he meets his new boss, Masamune Takano. Takano's a seasoned editor with a reputation for being tough as nails. He's also ridiculously handsome, which doesn't help Ritsu's attempts to stay professional.

As Ritsu and Takano work together, they start to realize that they've got a bit of a history. It turns out that Ritsu and Takano actually met in high school, where they shared a romantic moment that neither of them has ever forgotten.
But here's the thing: Ritsu's convinced that Takano's forgotten all about him, and he's determined to keep it that way. After all, he's a professional now, and he doesn't want to compromise his reputation by getting involved with his boss.
Meanwhile, we've got another couple brewing in the background. Chiaki Yoshino is a talented manga artist who's working with editor Yoshiyuki Hatori. Chiaki's a bit of a goofball, always getting himself into trouble with his antics. But Hatori's got a soft spot for him, and the two of them start to develop feelings for each other.
As the series progresses, we see Ritsu and Takano's relationship heat up. They start to realize that they've still got feelings for each other, and they begin to navigate the challenges of working together while also being in love.

But it's not all smooth sailing. Ritsu's got a lot of baggage from his past, and Takano's got his own set of issues. They've got to confront their demons and learn to trust each other if they want to make their relationship work.
And then there's the drama with Chiaki and Hatori. Chiaki's got a bit of a stalker problem, and Hatori's got to navigate his own feelings while also trying to protect Chiaki.
So, what happens when you throw two couples into the mix, along with a healthy dose of drama and romance? You get Sekaiichi Hatsukoi!
Will Ritsu and Takano he able to make their relationship work? How about Chiaka and Hatori, will they eventually settle and understand their differences? I don't even know. Need to rewatch everything from the beginning.
Anyways, it's a good show and yes,@Tegoshei you'd love this and also any other, who's interested in bl anime;)
Thanks for readinggg.
And I apologize for my inconsistency in interacting with the community. I miss you guys so much, it's just been so packed in the real world, I'm left breathless multiple times and not even in a good way, sigh.
