Well my friends, now my day is going to get a little more complicated, because last week I started growing paprika, at least I will have the help of my nephew although HE doesn't know much about the crops, but with my advice, little by little he will learn, because I see in HIM the desire to work.

Last week I started my paprika crops

Yes friends, on Wednesday of last week I began to transplant the small paprika plants, I tell you that in mid-December of last year I made a paprika seedling, those seeds germinated very well and after 35 days The plants have already reached the ideal size to proceed with the transplant.

The seedlings are now suitable for transplanting:

Before proceeding with the transplant, the irrigation furrows are first prepared:

These furrows are prepared linearly and in parallel, leaving a separation of 40 centimeters between each furrow.

Now I'm going to wet the soil in the grooves well:

It is important to wet the soil in the furrows well before transplanting, so that the seedlings stay hydrated.

Paprika transplant process:

Well friend, I have already watered the soil in the furrows well, so I can now begin to transplant my paprika seedlings. I am going to place the seedlings on one side of the furrow, the separation between these plants is 25 centimeters, although we can place them further apart, but in summer, with too many sunny days, it is recommended that the foliage of the plants join together to Protect the fruits, since the fruits of peppers tend to get burned by the sun's rays and become very ugly.

Placing the plants:

Well friends, I have already managed to plant 1200 paprika plants, now what we have to do is take care of them, this care consists of watering them every day, preferably in the morning or at the end of the afternoon, but never at noon or in the heat. sun to prevent it from cooking the stems and causing these plants to fall, the symptom is very similar to the symptom known as Damping of.

The care also includes a good fertilization plan, this fertilization can be carried out starting 10 days after transplanting, it is also important to keep the plants free of weeds, we must also be attentive and constantly check the plants to detect the presence of any pest in time, because you should not let the pests invade the crops because later it is difficult to combat them and the crop is ruined, above all you have to be aware of the presence of the white fly, which is the pest that the most it attacks the paprika crop.

Well friends, later I will continue showing you the development of this crop, above all I would like to share with you the moment of the harvest, greetings and many blessings for all...
