Feliz domingo y nada mejor que salir a la naturaleza a dar un pequeño paseo en familia, decidimos ir a una pequeña aldea en Setubal que tiene varios senderos en este caso estuvimos paseando por una quinta llamada: (quinta del amor), el clima cambio drasticamente y apesar de que hay algunos dias de lluvia ya no hace aquel frio horrible de invierno y nos permite realizar mas actividades en la naturaleza!🌱🌳🌼🌄
Happy Sunday and nothing better than going out into nature for a little walk with the family, we decided to go to a small village in Setubal that has several trails, in this case we were walking through a fifth called: (quinta do amor), the weather changed drastically And despite the fact that there are some rainy days, it no longer makes that horrible winter cold and allows us to do more activities in nature!🦋🚙🚩👨🦯👩🦯

No es mi primera experiencia en este sendero pero para mi hermana y su novio si lo era al igual que mi esposa, yo personalmente estoy en muy buenas condiciones fisicas y por ejemplo en el dia de hoy camine 22km! les prometi que los llevaria a una pequeña montaña donde hay una hermosa vista y para ejercitarnos en grupo caminariamos unos 4,5km en total, el terreno no era el mas apropiado para realizar senderismo porque como ha llovido estos ultimos dias la tierra es muy resbaladiza🦾🌍
It is not my first experience on this trail but for my sister and her boyfriend it was, just like my wife, I personally am in very good physical condition and for example today I walked 22km! I promised them that I would take them to a small mountain where there is a beautiful view and to exercise in a group we would walk about 4.5 km in total, the terrain was not the most appropriate for hiking because since it has rained these last days the ground is very slippery.😍🌄👩🦯🚩
Desde que hago senderismo y practico la pesca he bajado mucho peso y literalmente desaparecio mi barriga xD por tanto me siento mucho mejor, mi hermana se ha inscrito en una competencia de caminata y desde hace algunas semanas esta entrenando asi que hoy ademas de disfrutar de la naturaleza tambien tenemos pequeños objetivos personales a niveles fisicos para cumplir! en este punto habiamos caminado casi dos kilometros teniamos algun tiempo que no compartiamos en familia por tanto fue un bonito dia para socializar un poco!🦾😍
Since I have been hiking and fishing I have lost a lot of weight and my belly literally disappeared xD so I feel much better, my sister has signed up for a walking competition and for a few weeks she has been training so today in addition to enjoying the nature we also have small personal goals at physical levels to meet! At this point we had walked almost two kilometers, we had some time that we did not share with the family, so it was a nice day to socialize a bit!🏆🏆🥇
Si siempre te has preguntado cual es la mejor temporada para visitar Portugal sin duda te recomiendo en primavera, el clima es bastante agradable ni muy caliente ni muy frio ademas que hay muchos dias con sol por lo que si quieres visitar sitios turisticos naturales es el mejor momento, a mi me gusta mucho dar paseos en primavera para poder tomar macrofotografias asi tengo disponibilidad de flores y muchos tipos de insectos!🌼🌱
If you have always wondered what is the best season to visit Portugal, I definitely recommend spring, the weather is quite pleasant, neither too hot nor too cold, and there are many sunny days, so if you want to visit natural tourist sites, it is the best. At the moment, I really like to take walks in spring to be able to take macrophotographs so I have availability of flowers and many types of insects!🌳🌍

En lo personal adoro Setubal, es de mis sitios favoritos en Portugal junto con braga! y basta con dar una vista a todos los diferentes paisajes que nos ofrece la sierra montañosa, cuando paso por aqui siempre bromeo con mi esposa y le digo que cuando gane la loteria lo primero que hare es comprar una casa muy grande aqui! es sin duda el mejor sitio para pasar nuestra vejez conectados con la naturaleza! y la ventaja es que no esta muy lejos de la ciudad🌄🦋👨🦯
Personally, I adore Setubal, it is one of my favorite places in Portugal along with braga! and it is enough to take a look at all the different landscapes that the mountain range offers us, when I pass through here I always joke with my wife and tell her that when I win the lottery the first thing I will do is buy a very big house here! It is undoubtedly the best place to spend our old age connected with nature! and the advantage is that it is not very far from the city👩🦯🌱🌼🌄
Ya habiamos completado casi 4 kilometros y pasamos por la famosa quinta del amor que es un sitio de referencia en este sendero, luego de llegar a nuestro destino hariamos un pequeño desvio de un kilometro para adentrarnos solo un poco en la montaña y subir un poco la intensidad del ejercicio!👩🦯🦋🌍
We had already completed almost 4 kilometers and we passed through the famous Quinta del Amor, which is a reference site on this path. After reaching our destination, we would make a small detour of one kilometer to enter just a little into the mountain and climb the mountain a bit. exercise intensity!💥💖💖

Otro pequeño objetivo cumplido! logramos caminar mas de 5 kilometros en este sendero, compartimos en familia y disfrutamos del mejor paisaje que tiene Setubal para ofrecernos! apesar que no escalamos la montaña por completo fue otro proyecto a cumplir en las vacaciones de mi hermana! espero hayas disfrutado esta pequeña aventura conmigo!🏆💥
Another little goal accomplished! We managed to walk more than 5 kilometers on this path, we shared with the family and we enjoyed the best landscape that Setubal has to offer! Even though we didn't fully climb the mountain, it was another project to complete on my sister's vacation! I hope you enjoyed this little adventure with me!👩🦯🌄🌼
