In our fast-paced world, it's very easy to get busy and forget to take care of yourself.
There was a time at my formal workplace that was so crazy that I hardly got time to enjoy the money I was working for.
Until one time a colleague told me I was taking my job too seriously, that if I should fall dead now, it won't take the organization an hour to replace me because they don't care about me but their industry.
That sang deep into my head, and from that day forward I started taking my well-being seriously.
One thing I never forget to do, no matter how busy and crazy my schedule is, is to take water. I try as much as I can to always stay hydrated; I know I need to stay hydrated because water helps in regulating the body temperature and blood pressure. I have noticed that on days I forget to drink water, I usually end up with headaches or feeling dizzy.
And the thing I do is take a break to rest and sometimes take a little walk amidst my crazy schedules. I try to avoid sitting in a particular position for too long. I have come to notice that this has helped me recover from any physical and mental exhaustion.

No matter what kind of work we do, it is advisable to incorporate some time amidst your crazy schedules for breaks.
Another important thing I do is take out time to eat; I am not really a breakfast person, but I try as much as possible to eat a little bit later. I have come to discover that I need to eat to get energy to do any kind of work.
