The monument of Alexander the Great and his horse whose name was "Bucephalus"
The white tower, one of the most famous monuments of the city
A walk along the seaside pedestrian street of Thessaloniki
Thessaloniki is the second largest city in Greece with almost 1 million inhabitants, after the capital Athens.
The city was named after the sister of Alexander the Great
One of the main features of the city is the 3.5 km long promenade
used by people for walking, cycling, and horse-drawn carriage rides.
this long promenade I had the opportunity to visit recently and walk along it
in addition to people enjoying a walk by the sea.
it also had a beautiful sunset and many boats operating as floating bars and cafes that take rides on the sea
I tried to capture this beautiful scenery in some photos.
that I would like to share with you
I hope you like them.
