A precious metal that I could buy since I didn't have any money restrictions. That is a good topic for a Silver Gold Stackers engagement initiative thanks to @thisismylife. She posted the initiative in here . It is difficult at first to imagine that, usually, we shop for precious metal knowing our budget right? I always sort stores by prices from low to high, so it is difficult for me to reach the top expensive billions. Once in a while I also receive by e-mail some releases so I can have a taste of the expensive taste.
I mentioned before the best cost-benefit to buy online for me right now is TD Precious Metals, a store from the Canadian bank TD. Why? The premiums aren't bad and after 100$ they ship for free. It is the best deal that I found for now. I want so badly to get a 1 Oz gold bullion, so once in a while, I browse their gold section, and I find a beauty that I even commented about on our Discord server. The St. Vincent & the Grenadines Humpback Whale from 2021. I love cetaceans and this one just hit my heart. The Price is from a regular 1 Oz gold, about 3,342.45 CAD. The gold spot is around 3,154 CAD so it isn't bad the price thinking that way. But still, it isn't money that I have right now to spend all at once.
It was good that I commented in the SGS discord server because I found that @dfinney had an extra silver of that one which I could buy! Soon I will post about that once I see it with my own eyes. This whale could be my top wish on my list. Yes. But like I said it isn't an impossible price talking about gold. So I decided to dig a bit more. If I had unlimited funds maybe I would have tons of coins around the gold spot price. But I would also go further and buy more expensive metals. So digging a bit I found a gold piece that cost almost twice the gold spot. I loved the art since it has more dimensions and it has a bit more of an ancient touch to it.
Greek mythology is also something that attracts me and the Gryphon is a beautiful creature from there. The mint that produced this coin is called CIT and it is a mint from Liechtenstein, a small country in the middle of Europe. The mint produces a bullion every year on this topic. In 2023 they minted Arethusa for example. The country that represents this coin is the Cook Islands. It is a collection that it would be worth to have it. However, the gold version of the Gryphon was found on www.goldsilverbullioncanada.ca for 5,799.95 CAD. It is a 1 Oz piece so it is a lot beyond the spot. The silver version on the same website is almost 220 CAD ( a regular 1-oz silver is around 40 CAD right now).
It is crazy for me nowadays to spend almost 6k CAD on something that I probably couldn't sell and get back. Usually, you think about buying gold closer to the spot thinking that if you need it in the future, you can re-sell it by something around the spot. When I have enough to buy a 1 Oz gold piece, I will buy a bullion that is very close to the gold spot, like the humpback whale. But still, I can dream of having this type of coin in my collection. I am looking forward to reading about the dreams of my community colleagues.
I will not be voting for this post as for one it is not walk related and secondly i have bene informed by a couple of people this post is a copy of someone elses post
thats why I think this post has downvotes plagarism is not tolerated
It's true, the original author published it yesterday in the Silver gold stackers community and then a copy appeared that was downvoted and then this one appeared. This is the original one:

It's best to check our blacklist before curating. This account was already blacklisted in 2022.
This scammer's group has almost 100 accounts.
https://spaminator.me/api/bl/all.txt
Also, this account is visibly suspicious considering that it has posted since 2022 and never engaged with the community with even a single comment.
It was not that I curated it but the original author published it not long before it was copied as a response to my engagement initiative. Another community member bumped on the copy cat. And then the other one (I think this is actually the second copy cat) published the same post in Wednesday Walk which is totally unrelated and so obvious..
Anyway, it's good to know they are blacklisted!
I understand perfectly, I don't remember if my profile gave me any positive votes, I'm following 3 curation trails so it may be that some very small votes came, but as soon as @gwajnberg pointed out to us that this profile and others are a kind of malicious group, I immediately made a DV and already warned other curators to be careful with these accounts.
Thank you very much for the warning! Cheers.
