Rich breakfast

I tell you that today my breakfast was half avocado with a glass of milk, the avocado was really tasty, what I did was add salt and that's it.

Milk is also very important for the body since it contains calcium and phosphorus that help you maintain your bones . strong and
healthy muscles..
