Hola gente, les quiero mostrar algunas fotos de mi gato en temporada Invernal. ¿Se ve muy guapo cierto? jeje. Afortunadamente en estos momentos está empezando la primavera aquí en Buenos Aires, pero no quería dejar de mostrar estas lindas fotos y contar la experiencia de Haku con el frío.
Haku al igual que yo, no le agrada mucho el frío. En cuanto comienzan las bajas temperaturas su nariz, orejas y patitas se vuelven bastante frías. Su actitud cambia, se hace más cariñoso y quiere estar más tiempo encima de mí o de mi novio (buscando calor).
En invierno es muy importante que nuestras mascotas tengan a disposición una manta, una cucha o casita donde puedan refugiarse del frío, y alguna ropita abrigada. La última es totalmente opcional. Muchos gatos no toleran estar vestidos. En el caso de Haku, solo le pongo un abrigo cuando la temperatura está MUY baja, y se lo dejo por algunas horas (no todo el día, recuerden que los gatos suelen acicalarse, y con ropa no pueden hacerlo).
Durante la época fría los gatos suelen dormir por más horas. Así que es totalmente normal ver a tu gato con un estado de pereza constante. Aunque Haku a pesar de ponerse dormilón, sigue jugando (es un gato muy activo).
Algo lindo que sucede en invierno, es que el pelaje de nuestras mascotas cambia. Haku suele ponerse muy esponjoso, suave y gordito. El pelaje se les vuelve realmente hermoso. Y otro aspecto importante, es que suelen comer más, por lo que van a requerir más cantidad de alimento.

Hi people, I want to show you some pictures of my cat in the winter season, he looks very cute, doesn't he?. Fortunately, spring is starting right now here in Buenos Aires, but I didn't want to stop showing these nice pictures and tell you about Haku's experience with the cold.
Haku, just like me, doesn't like the cold very much. As soon as the low temperatures start, his nose, ears, and paws become quite cold. His attitude changes, he becomes more affectionate and wants to spend more time on me or my boyfriend (looking for warmth).
In winter it is very important that our pets have at their disposal a blanket, a house or cave where they can shelter from the cold, and some warm clothes. The last one is totally optional. Many cats do not tolerate being dressed. In Haku's case, I only put a coat on him when the temperature is VERY low, and I leave it on for a few hours (not all day, remember that cats tend to groom themselves, and with clothes they can't do it).
During the cold season, cats tend to sleep for longer hours. So it is totally normal to see your cat in a constant state of laziness. Although, Haku despite getting sleepy, still plays (he is a very active cat).
A nice thing that happens in winter is that our pets' fur changes. Haku tends to get very fluffy, soft, and chubby. Their fur becomes really beautiful. Another important aspect is that they tend to eat more, so they will require more food.
