Hola gente, hoy quiero hablarles sobre mis técnicas o estilos favoritos de maquillaje.
Considero que el maquillaje es un arte muy bonito que se encarga de realzar los rasgos faciales y ocultar imperfecciones.
Pero no todo es lindo en el mundo del make up, también existe el maquillaje FX (efectos especiales), donde se pueden crear cosas realmente feas y desagradables como heridas, llagas, moretones etc. Esto lo vemos mucho en películas.
Existen muchos estilos de maquillaje, y estos son unos de los más conocidos:
- Maquillaje de día
- Maquillaje de noche
- Glam
- Artístico o fantasía
- Nude
- FX
- Maquillaje para TV
- Editorial
La parte que más me divierte del maquillaje es preparar la piel y hacer la técnica de ojos. Aunque disfruto mucho todo el proceso.
Existen muchas técnicas de maquillaje de ojos, y mis preferidos son:
- HALO: la palabra "Halo" significa "aureola", y lo que se busca lograr con esta técnica es crear profundidad en la mirada. Se realiza aplicando el tono más oscuro de sombra en las esquinas internas y externas, y el tono más claro en el centro del párpado móvil.
- SMOKEY EYES: también llamado "ahumado", es una técnica de maquillaje que tiene por objetivo potenciar la mirada, haciendo que los ojos obtengan un look penetrante. Consiste en aplicar sombras o lápices de diferentes tonalidades y buscar un efecto de degradé.
- CUT CREASE: significa "corte de cuenca o pliegue", se caracteriza por trazar el pliegue superior de nuestro párpado móvil, de forma que se produzca una separación. Da el efecto de ojos grandes. Y hay muchas variedades de corte.
Esas son mis técnicas preferidas de maquillaje de ojos. Por supuesto me gustan muchas más como el cat eye y el soft glam.
Recientemente no me estoy maquillando mucho ni estoy actualizada con las últimas tendencias, ya que estoy más enfocada en mi trabajo. Pero me encantaría retomar este lindo arte.

Hello people, today I want to talk to you about my favorite makeup techniques or styles.
I consider makeup to be a very beautiful art that is responsible for enhancing facial features and hiding imperfections. But not everything is pretty in the world of makeup, there is also FX (special effects) makeup, where you can create really ugly and unpleasant things like wounds, sores, bruises, etc. We can see this a lot in movies.

When I am doing makeup, I really enjoy the part when I´m preparing the skin and doing the eye technique. Although I really enjoy the whole process.
There are many eye makeup techniques, and my favorites are:
HALO: what you want to achieve with this technique is to create depth in the eyes. It is done by applying the darkest shade of shadow on the inner and outer corners, and the lightest shade in the center of the mobile eyelid.
SMOKEY EYES: also called "smoking", is a makeup technique that aims to enhance the look, making the eyes get a penetrating look. It consists of applying shadows or pencils of different shades and looking for a gradient effect.
CUT CREASE: it is characterized by tracing the upper crease of our mobile eyelid, so that there is a separation. It gives the effect of big eyes. And there are many varieties of cut.
Those are my favorite eye makeup techniques. Of course, I like many more like cat eye and soft glam.
Recently I've not doing a lot of makeup nor am I up to date with the latest trends, as I'm more focused on my work. But I would love to take up this beautiful art again.
