In the book of Proverbs of the sacred scriptures we can find abundant themes about wisdom, wisdom and knowledge of God are not obtained easily or casually. They require an active, diligent and passionate search, similar to the search for valuable treasures. It involves an attitude of listening, receiving, and applying the teachings in daily life. Only through this process of constant seeking can one come to a true and reverent understanding of God and His wisdom.
My son, if you receive my words, and keep my commandments within you, making your ear attentive to wisdom; If you incline your heart to prudence, If you cry out to intelligence, And give your voice to prudence; If you search for it like silver, and search for it like treasures, then you will understand the fear of the Lord, and you will find the knowledge of God.
Proverbs 2:1-5

"My son" tells us about a close relationship and a paternal attitude. "If you would receive my words" implies the importance of voluntarily accepting the teachings. "You will keep my commandments within you" suggests not only listening to them, but also keeping and treasuring them in your heart and mind.
"Let your ear be attentive to wisdom; if you incline your heart to prudence."
Emphasizes the attitude of actively listening and paying attention to wisdom. "Inclining the heart to prudence" means having an inner disposition to understand and apply knowledge judiciously. Prudence is a form of practical intelligence that guides one in making correct decisions.
"If you cry to understanding, and give your voice to prudence;
The action of actively seeking wisdom is emphasized. Calling upon intelligence and giving voice to prudence indicates a fervent and persistent desire to obtain understanding. It is not enough to be passive; one must seek, ask and desire wisdom intensely.
"If you seek it like silver, and search for it like treasures.
The comparison with the search for silver and treasure shows the magnitude of the effort and the value that must be placed on wisdom. Just as people devote time and resources to finding material wealth, in the same way, they must pursue wisdom and knowledge with diligence and passion.
"Then you will understand the fear of the Lord, and you will find the knowledge of God.
The result of this diligent and passionate pursuit is the understanding of the "fear of the Lord," which does not refer to a slavish fear, but to a deep respect and reverence for God. This fear is the beginning of wisdom (Proverbs 9:10). Furthermore, "you will find the knowledge of God" indicates that through this process, one comes to a deeper and more meaningful understanding of who God is and what His will is.

En el libro de Proverbios de las sagradas escrituras podemos encontrar abundante tema sobre la sabiduría, la sabiduría y el conocimiento de Dios no son obtenidos fácilmente ni casualmente. Requieren una búsqueda activa, diligente y apasionada, similar a la búsqueda de tesoros valiosos. Implica una actitud de escucha, recepción, y aplicación de las enseñanzas en la vida diaria. Solo a través de este proceso de búsqueda constante se puede llegar a una comprensión verdadera y reverente de Dios y Su sabiduría.
Hijo mío, si recibieres mis palabras, Y mis mandamientos guardares dentro de ti, Haciendo estar atento tu oído a la sabiduría; Si inclinares tu corazón a la prudencia, Si clamares a la inteligencia, Y a la prudencia dieres tu voz; Si como a la plata la buscares, Y la escudriñares como a tesoros, Entonces entenderás el temor de Jehová, Y hallarás el conocimiento de Dios.

"Hijo mío", nos habla de una relación cercana y una actitud paternal. "Si recibieres mis palabras" implica la importancia de aceptar voluntariamente las enseñanzas. "Mis mandamientos guardares dentro de ti" sugiere no solo escucharlas, sino también mantenerlas y atesorarlas en el corazón y la mente.
"Haciendo estar atento tu oído a la sabiduría; si inclinares tu corazón a la prudencia. "
Destaca la actitud de escuchar activamente y prestar atención a la sabiduría. "Inclinar el corazón a la prudencia" significa tener una disposición interna para comprender y aplicar el conocimiento de manera juiciosa. La prudencia es una forma de inteligencia práctica que guía a uno en tomar decisiones correctas.
"Si clamares a la inteligencia, y a la prudencia dieres tu voz;
Se enfatiza la acción de buscar activamente la sabiduría. Clamar a la inteligencia y dar voz a la prudencia indica un deseo ferviente y persistente de obtener entendimiento. No es suficiente con ser pasivo; uno debe buscar, preguntar y desear la sabiduría con intensidad.
"Si como a la plata la buscares, y la escudriñares como a tesoros.
La comparación con la búsqueda de plata y tesoros muestra la magnitud del esfuerzo y el valor que se debe otorgar a la sabiduría. Así como las personas dedican tiempo y recursos para encontrar riquezas materiales, de la misma manera, deben buscar la sabiduría y el conocimiento con diligencia y pasión.
"Entonces entenderás el temor de Jehová, y hallarás el conocimiento de Dios.
El resultado de esta búsqueda diligente y apasionada es el entendimiento del "temor de Jehová", que no se refiere a un miedo servil, sino a un profundo respeto y reverencia hacia Dios. Este temor es el comienzo de la sabiduría (Proverbios 9:10). Además, "hallarás el conocimiento de Dios" indica que a través de este proceso, uno llega a una comprensión más profunda y significativa de quién es Dios y cuál es Su voluntad.
