Everyone has a way or pattern of spending their weekends either by engaging in social events, or outdoor activities, completing office work left from the previous day, or just loosening up, recharging, and having a calm and peaceful weekend. Am all up for a calm and peaceful weekend enabling me to recharge for the week ahead. So, I have some activities I don't like engaging in on a weekend for me to achieve my objectives.

WORKING OFFICIALLY
I don't like engaging in official duties during weekends especially when it is what could have been handled during weekdays. My boss is fond of holding off tasks till the last minute and expects me to sacrifice my weekend. I just make sure I am unreachable till Monday because the weekends are for me to relax and unwind not involving myself in official duties that will deprive me of my much-awaited weekend eating into my leisure time and giving me unwanted stress.
WEEKEND MARATHON CLEANING
I can't envision my weekend of leisure devoted to a marathon cleaning. Most people do that and they will do their house chores from morning till evening. Cleanliness is a top priority so, instead of packing all my chores starting from one to one, I spread the chores throughout the week and have less to do on the weekend which will enable me to reduce stress and meet up with other fun and relaxing activities.
VISITING CROWDED PLACES
I don't like visiting places of relaxation that are crowded. It makes me feel very uncomfortable. I am a fan of quiet spots because that weekend of calmness and peace would be achieved. If my friends invite me to spots of relaxation that are crowded they won't even see me. What's the point of relaxation when all I get to hear is noise? I always source for new spots with calmness to relax and do my outdoor activities.
These activities I don't like help me to achieve my cool, calm, and peaceful weekend to feel satisfied. While others will look forward to a bubbling weekend which is all a matter of preference and that's the beauty of life.
Have a lovely weekend!
