Coming from my last post on PolyCub, I shared my excitement on the launch of the game-changer for our entire Web3 ecosystem, spreading the buzz to get the word out there but most especially getting more people on board the train, PolyCub’s potential, as well as Polygon tutorial and airdrop instructions to be expected from the team.
Today, we would quickly look at the journey thus far in light of diverse people’s approaches to PolyCub currently.
Approaches on PolyCub
After the launch of PCub, a good number of people received airdrops as promised but they experienced a slight challenge with claiming their token, however, these issues are currently being manually resolved by getting your wallet ID to @khaleelkazi.
I discussed with a lion on discord who expressed that she does not plan to sell her Leo tokens but rather would stake Cubs as a dip is an opportunity for her to purchase then stake Cubs.
A friend stated that she could have continued farming cub but he was scared of risking his funds and he removed part of it. However, she plans to farm PolyCubs which she is certain will accumulate over time.
I had a conversation with another friend who stated he was planning to purchase some PolyCub at regular intervals when he notices a dip. He has currently staked his Cubs in Leo Matic and plans to convert his lq to PCub eth.
I have also read discussions where people are planning to stake all their claimed airdropped PolyCub into xPCub and accumulate more Cub tokens to enjoy a good percentage of APY.
Some have expressed their intentions to just observe the price of PCub for a while and if it continues to dip, they will purchase USDC PCubs while others are just simply claiming their PCubs while deliberating on what their next course of action would be.
My Thoughts on PolyCub
Personally, I have thought of quite a number of ways I can simply play this out and the most preferred approach I have settled for is to buy and stake Cub, just hands off, and watch PolyCub tokens accumulate from there just like whatsup shared in the excerpt quoted above.
A key takeaway for me is that besides this awesome opportunity to invest and get involved in the current project on the chain, I have learned a lot about how Defi 2.0 works which is always great especially given our presence in the crypto space as a whole.
I also believe that the people who got in early by purchasing Cubs and holding them in farms to accumulate prior to the airdrop made a smart decision as they can easily move some for the sake of the airdrop and still hold onto a fraction in the farms.
For those of us still undecided, I encourage you to take your time, do your research to understand how it all works, and what is the best approach that works for you but don’t be too long as the train is already steaming and in motion. Plus each day that passes is a reminder that you can be making much of this project.
Thank you for your precious time!
And Bye for now!
