Too much power for unions

The formation of the mayor and his town hall in in Belgium has been blocked in Antwerp and Ghent by the unions. Twice their was an agreement but it has been blown up twice because of threats of certain unions that are coupled with some parties. They want the same coalition in the cities as in the federal government, which hasn’t even been formed yet…

This shows how much power these organisations have, and they really don’t respect the outcome of the elections, no matter what. It is just putting our country into a standstill. The political parties are puppets of their connecting union parties.

Democracy

This shows how democracy is compromised in Belgium, elections results are turned around because of the influence of party related organisations that have nothing to do with the elections anymore. Our country has completely become a corrupted state!

It’s a very sad situation especially in an established country like Belgium.

I am really ashamed of this!
