Greetings to you all, how are you all doing today? I hope all is going perfectly well, it's a pleasure to meet you all today to share with you the step-by-step process of how I cut and sewed this traveling bag for myself using leather.

I'm so excited about the successful work, due to the season we are in now, the season of traveling and visiting, I was about to travel, since I'm going to travel with my baby and we are going to spend some month so I have to buy a traveling bag so it will contain all I want to go with, due to the financial problem now and the idea of sewing leather came up, I firstly went to buy the leather traveling bag at the market so it was too costly so I decided to sew it and the leather will last more than the one I wanted to buy so I went and bought this dark Ash color.

I first lay the leather on the floor, I folded the length in two and the length was normal so I measured out the width and cut it out.

After cutting it out I marked out 3 inches from the bottom and 3inch from the top, now 3 3inches I marked out, the top is for the zipper space, and the bottom is for the down space so I cut out the side turning by 7inches and the hand of the bag in 2.5.

I now finished with the cutting and moved to the sewing process, the first thing I sew is the hand of the bag, I marked the middle point of the
back from there I measured 6 inches fixed the handbag on both sides, and sewed them down.

After fixing the hand of the traveling bag and put in the zip and double-stitched both sides, well, cutting is the main part of sewing leather even in any sewing.

I then picked up the two sides and turned them properly.

Here is the outcome of it.

It came out nicely, sewing leather is not as easy as sewing cloth, but pushing myself into sewing leather is not a regret because it helps me now, I thought that sewing leather was very good, but after sewing the traveling back I then arranged my clothes and my baby's inside and it will contain all that i want to fo with, i hope the traveling bag is nice.?
