Hi Everyone, welcome to my blog!

Today, I bring to you my response to the second task for the newbies initiative, batch #2.
The meeting we had with Starstrings, and Nkemakonam as the main instructor was very helpful. It had such a great impact on me.
I learned so many valuable things that would have taken me a long time to figure out on my own.

Apart from the questions $ and answers below, I have also learned how to make good use of my HP, HBD, and Liquid Hive, they are all very important resources.

One of the most important things I learned was hive markdowns. Understanding how to use hive markdowns properly can really elevate one's post and make it stand out.
I will be using them in this post wherever it is necessary.

Permit me to introduce you to my partner for this task, @ginika. She's a nice person who takes hive activities seriously and always gives her best. We had a little discussion about this task, and I found out that post-recycling is what she really thanks God for. Because it is a normal thing any newbie would like to do.

(っ◔◡◔)っ ♥ Over to the Questions!!! ♥

What's the Difference between a Centralized and Decentralized Platform using a Clear Example?

A centralized platform is a platform that is managed by a single person or group of persons. Its user's activities are controlled and organized by a central or single body.
This body owns your content and data and manages your activities on the platform.
Examples of centralized platforms are Instagram, Twitter and Titok.

A decentralized platform is a platform that allows users to have authority and control over their contents, including wallets and settings.
Hive is a very good example of a decentralized platform.

In Your Understanding, Briefly Eplain What Plagiarism is, Vote Begging and Post-recycling

Plagiarism

Plagiarism is the act of copying and stealing someone's work/content without giving proper credit to the owner.
This can be in the form of images, quotes, etc.
This act is highly prohibited in hive, as hive is a platform that is based on originality. This means that you create your own content based on your knowledge and experience.
It is therefore advisable to source all your images and highlight the owner of anything you take from Google or other websites, including Hive to avoid plagiarism. Failure to do these attracts a punishment from hive watchers, this may lead to the fortification of your account because you are claiming someone's content as your own.

Vote Begging

This Is the act of pleading for attention and votes from people you don't know. This may be in the form of tagging or direct messages (DM).
This may make the people you tag downvote your post out of annoyance. So instead of seeking unnecessary attention or begging for votes, it is advised that you focus on creating quality content, and engage properly with other hivers.

Post Re-Cycling

This is when an already published post is being edited and re-published by the same person.
I think this will likely happen when the writer does not get any votes on the previous content.
And also when the writer is out of ideas on what to post.
It is advisable to make no post at all than re-cyle content. As people need new ideas.

Why is it Important to Use the Right Tags in Your Post?

It is very important to use the right tags in my post because it will make my post to be visible in the right communities.
Secondly, curators who need my kind of content to curate will easily have access to it.

An example of a wrong tag is writing a fiction story. Instead of using tags like # fiction & # writing. I use # splinterlands and # leofinance

My fiction story won't be seen by the readers and curators of fiction stories. And it won't be of any benefit to gamers and finance enthusiasts

List 4 General Tags You Know

The four general tags I know, and use most in my post are pimp, proofofbrain, cent, and hive engine.
Each of these tags has its own tokens which are very valuable.
Even if I don't get votes on my post, these tokens are always my consolation prize.

My special thanks to @starstrings01 and every other person that is working towards the success of this program. You all have a very good heart.

Exactly, wrong tags can only make your post to be seen by the wrong audience.

You did great in using those markdown, your points are valid, pal. Kudos

Thank you!
I appreciate your comment

Hello there, @phyna i’m glad you've attempted the fist task. Now that you know Hive guidelines and rules, make sure everything you do on the blockchain does not go against it. Plagiarism is a punishable offense, and trust me, you don't want to go inside that black book. Also, vote begging and post-recycling are also punishable.

Keep going! Well done.

Thank you @justfavour.
I won’t go against any of those rules, especially that of those three.

Way to go!
