A Traditional Flavor "Ravioli with Butter" Recipe

in #hive-1205863 years ago

Hello to everyone

I'm here again after a short break of a few days.

Ramadan is a very busy month for me. I wake up at night for sahur. That's why I can't get up as early in the morning as I used to.
Unfortunately, this intensity affected my activity here.
But I have put my affairs in order and now I am with you again, being active every day as before.

Of course, I did not neglect to take photos for my blog in these four days when I was not between you and my articles.
Now I am here with a delicious recipe.

Today I will share with you the recipe of a dish that I love to eat but regret after eating it.

The reason I regret is purely because of my weight problem. Because the food that I will share the recipe for is quite high in calories. But make sure that the taste is worth the calories you get.

I'm sure those who know the taste of this dish agree with me.

Let's move on to the half of our meal.

Actually, it would be more accurate if I wrote 'Practical Ravioli Making' in the recipe section. Because I did not prepare the ravioli myself. I bought ready-made ravioli and cooked it. Now I will give you the recipe for it.

Necessary materials

  • A pack of Kayseri Ravioli
  • Water for boiling
  • Butter
  • dried mint
  • Paprika
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Yogurt
  • Garlic

I never buy ready-made ravioli and prepare it myself. However, the reason I used ready-made this time is that my husband bought this ravioli.
My dear husband went to a market selling local organic products two weeks ago. He saw it there and bought it. It was actually pretty good in taste. I don't prefer to buy ready-made ravioli, but I can buy the ones of this quality.

To boil half a kilo of ravioli, we put a liter of water in a saucepan and boil it.

When the water starts to boil, we add the Mantı.

After adding the ravioli, add some salt and olive oil. (In this way, the ravioli dough will not stick together while cooking.)

We continue to cook the ravioli until it is completely boiled. It lasts less than 15 minutes.

After the ravioli is boiled, we take the ravioli on the serving plate with the help of a strainer.

Make sure to apply enough water.

The first temperature of the ravioli must pass.
In the meantime, you can prepare the sauce.

For the sauce, we whisk the yogurt, garlic and salt in a bowl.

Pour some yoghurt sauce on the cooled ravioli.

Then we melt the butter to add it to the manti and add some paprika to it.
Then we pour the butter sauce over the ravioli.

Finally, we add the dried mint to our meal and now Ravioli is ready to be served.

Teşekkür ederim. Kesinlikle çok lezzetliydi 🤗

Great

Nothing wrong with taking shortcuts during meal prep! I do it all the time.
I know imagine how time consuming making
ravioli from scratch would be.

Excellent photos and step by step instructions!

Your finished dish looks delicious! 😋

Çok teşekkürler. 🥰🤗
Kesinlikle mantı yapmak çok uzun sürüyor. Ama gerçekten çok lezzetli oluyor. Kendi yaptığım mantı ile hazırları arasında çok fazla fark var.
Ama her şekliyle çok lezzetli bir yemek. Tam benim damak zevkime uygun
