Today I am going to tell you the recipe of a dish that I love very much. The name of my dish is Hünkar Begendi. Although it is a little difficult to make, it is very good to eat.
Ingredients for my meal

-green pepper
I prepared my meat the night before. I chopped the meat. I mixed it with salt, pepper, paprika, pepper paste, olive oil. I also added some garlic. So I kept it in the fridge overnight.
I started cooking my meat in a frying pan. When the meat started to cook, I chopped the onion, tomato and pepper into small pieces and added them to the meat.
While my meal was cooking, I also roasted the eggplants for the sauce. For roasting, I wrapped the eggplants with aluminum foil and placed them on the stove. In this way, the heat is evenly distributed throughout.
I cleaned and chopped the roasted eggplants.
I prepared bechamel sauce by roasting butter and flour and adding milk to it. I added the roasted eggplants and cheddar cheese to the basemel sauce.
Then I blanched my sauce to make it smooth.
My food and sauce is ready to serve. I put some basil sauce on the plate. I put the lamb meat that I had roasted on it and sprinkled hot butter on it. This is how my meal was ready.
