Actually, I will share all the recipe for my dinner menu with you.
Because the name of my dish is - beans. When the dishKuru Fasulye is cooked, my dish that is definitely cooked with it is rice pilaf. Of course, many of you know the recipe for this magnificent duo. Here I will share with you my own style of cooking.

Necessary ingredients for my dinner
For Kurufasulye :
- Haricot bean
- Lamb meat
- Tomato paste
Olive oil
-Onion
-Salt
For rice pilaf:
-Rice
Butter and olive oil
- salt
One or two drops of lemon
First of all Kuru Fasulye I'm preparing my meal.
Let me tell you what I have been doing step by step.
I put my beans in the water the night before. So my beans became soft and easier to cook.
I washed the beans and put them in pots. I added hot water on it. I boiled it for 10 minutes. I strained the beans. I strained the first boiling water. I do this because I want to degas the beans.
I put some oil in the pan. I took the meat in a pot and roasted it well. When the meat was ready, I added the beans. I added hot water on it. I cooked this way for 30 minutes.

I thoroughly boiled our dried bean meat. We never strain this boiling water. All the flavor of our food is in this water.
I cooked the onion and tomato paste in a small pan. I added this tomato paste sauce to my food. I added some salt. In this way, I boiled my food for a few more minutes.
My food is ready now. Kuru Fasulye has a lot of cooking styles. This is the way I cook that I learned from my mother.

It seems very easy to prepare rice pilaf. However, this is not true. It's really hard to make a nice rice pilaf. You must have good experience to make a nice rice pilaf.
The rice rice I made in the first years of my marriage was really bad.
Now I have learned the tricks of this job and now I will share it with you.
I washed my rice well. I kept it in water for about 30 minutes. I drained the rice well.
I added some olive oil and some butter to the pan to cook the rice pilaf. Then I put the strained rice in the pan and fry it for 4 to 5 minutes.
This is the most important part of our meal. We must roast the rice very well. Never add water until it is grainy. Thus, our rice will be one by one. We never want to eat a mushy rice pilaf.
After the rice is roasted, we add warm water to the pot. We add some salt. Make sure to close the lid of the pot. When the water of the rice starts to boil, we reduce the stove. Meanwhile, we add a few drops of lemon juice to our rice. The reason for this is that lemon helps our rice to be granular and its color to be white and bright.
We cook our rice until all the water of the rice has evaporated. When the water of the food is finished, we turn off the stove. Rice pilaf is also ready for dinner.
I also prepared a salad for dinner. My whole day was spent preparing food in the kitchen. However, I am happy that I prepared such a nice table.
