For this post, I would like to share the menu that I cooked yesterday That is Spicy star gooseberry and acacia soup. It's a menu that I haven't eaten for a long time. Yesterday I wanted to eat it,Because yesterday it rained and the weather is cold. If I had hot and spicy soup will make me feel very good. This menu is an ancient Thai food. That uses vegetables more than meat. Most of the local vegetables that we grow or vegetables that can be found in the local fresh market, inexpensive, very important with benefits. The Spicy star gooseberry and acacia soup is a good menu for me and everyone in the family. Because this menu contains very much fiber and vitamins. It is another delicious menu from natural vegetables and really good for health. let's start to cooking with me
Ingredients
Acacia 200 grams.
Star gooseberry 200 grams.
3 eggs
Fresh chillies 1/2 tablespoon.
Shallot 1 tablespoon.
Garlic 1 tablespoon.
Shrimp paste 1 tablespoon.
Seasoning powder 1 tablespoon.
Fish sauce 2 tablespoons.
Pepper powder 1 teaspoon.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Water 1 liter.
Procedure
Step 1.
Preparing vegetables. Both star gooseberry and acacia I pick the top and swipe the young leaves. Wash thoroughly and set aside to drain.
Step 2.
Wash fresh chilies, shallots, garlic thoroughly, Beat them into the insideand and set aside.
Step 3.
Pour the water into the soup pot, add shrimp paste, salt, fresh chilies, shallots and garlic. Set on the stove to boil.
Step 4.
When the water starts to boil, Put the acacia and star gooseberry.
Step 5.
The water is boiling again, Hammered the eggs into the soup.
Step 6.
When the eggs begin to cook, then season with fish sauce, pepper powder, seasoning powder and scoop out the foam from the soup.This is all done.
