Thai sour curry with Sea Catfishes and Banana Stalk.
Hi everyone
Yesterday I bought 1 kilogram of Sea Catfishes from the local fresh market (only 80 baht). So I bring it to curry with Banana Stalk that have been stored in the refrigerator.
Ingredients
Sea Catfishes 1 kilogram.
Banana Stalk 300 grams
Sour curry paste 1 tablespoon.
Shrimp paste 1 tablespoon.
Plam sugar 1/2 tablespoon
Fish sauce 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice 4 tablespoons.
Drinking water 1 liter.
Procedure
- Wash the Sea Catfishes with salt water several times to clear the blood, mucus and deodorize fishyy smell. Finished, and set aside to drain, Wash the Banana Stalk with water and set aside to drain.
- Set the pot on the stove and pour the water into a pot over medium heat. Followed by sour curry paste and shrimp paste, Stir until mixed.
- Wait for the soup to boil. Then add the Sea Catfishes into the soup and wait for the soup to boil again , Add Banana Stalk
- Flavored the soup with fish sauce, sugar, lemon juice and taste the soup to get the sour taste followed by salty and sweet.
- Than turn off the stove and scoop to the bowl. Finished, ready to serve.
