Today we publish other edition of the special curatorship, which will complement the MEATLESS MONDAY; that we have called: THE BEST OF THE WEEK. Our intention with this post is to recognize the best of the best of the posts that you, friends of Hivers, share weekly in our Plant Power (Vegan) community, selecting the top three recipes from the previous week; which on this occasion corresponds to the period from Wednesday, November 1; to Tuesday, November 7, 2023.
Each of the selected publications will be reviewed in this curatorship, and in turn, its author will be awarded 0.5 Hive, 50 $foodie token and 50 @ecency points, in order to give him/her a modest recognition for the excellence and quality of his/her work.
Having said all of the above, let's see which recipes are THE BEST OF THE WEEK in this edition
Delicious potato and carrot cake with lentils.[Esp-Eng] | by @indelvalle65
There are recipes that are delicious and filling, and one of these was the one shared by @indelvalle65, a tasty potato and carrot cake with lentils, which is finger-licking good, an ideal recipe for a good lunch, so this recipe deserves be part of The Best of the Week!
Simple vegan Monday | by @hindavi
Mondays for @hindavi are generally vegan, and this week she shared her dinner that day with us, a simple but tasty recipe, based on potatoes, brussels sprouts and bell peppers, seasoned with almonds and many spices, a simple recipe, but very good for a Meatless Monday, so this recipe is undoubtedly part of The Best of the Week!
Egyptian inspired stuffed peppers and zuchini | by @carolynstahl
Although we missed giving a vote to the great post that @carolynstahl shared this week in the community, today we want to recognize it as The Best of the Week. As is her custom, @carolynstahl has shared a magnificent post with us, both for the recipe she presents and for the introduction, which is always exciting. On this occasion she tells us about the trip she made to Egypt, years ago, with her partner Mark, so she tries to replicate a recipe that they ate in a traditional restaurant in that country. Great post!
Below is the transfer made to each wallet, as a modest community recognition, to the extraordinary work done by these content creators
