There's only one way to obtain "New" USCC, and that's with Gold...
The U.S. Treasury will buy an ounce of Gold for $90 and Mint $100 in Gold Coins...
The $90 will be paid using $90 in Gold Coins, $90 in USCC, or a Combination of the two...
Yes, the U.S. Treasury will experience a Profit...
In any case, I'm expecting to see Huge Amounts of Gold, Flooding into the United States Treasury, from all over the World...
Every time "We the People" mint $100 in Gold Coins, the U.S. Treasury will be "allowed" to "issue" $100 in "New" USCC...
Once USCC is created, it becomes "Existing" USCC, which will be the World Wide Crypt Coinage of Choice...
USCC will be "Stable" and "100%" backed by U.S. Gold Coins...
This tells me, "We the People" will be Shipping "Staggering" amounts of U.S. Gold Coinage and USCC, all over the World...
This may be Negative for all the other Cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin...
But it should have been obvious, if the United States is to become the Crypto Capital of the World...
I suppose there are many ways to get in on the Ground Floor of USCC, but I figure I came up with the best way to get in...
