The U.S. Treasury will pay $90 in Electronic Coinage "or" Gold Coins for One Ounce of Gold...
The U.S. Treasury will pay $9 in Silver Coinage, Paper Coinage or Common Coinage for One Ounce of Silver...

What I came up with is actually very Simple, using only 4 Silver Coins and 4 Gold Coins to back our Paper Coinage, Common Coinage and Electronic Coinage...
The part that most people over look, is that our Common U.S. Coinage will need to increase 100 Fold in "Spending Power" in order to "make change" for our New "Circulating" Silver Coins, that will have $2, $5 and $10 Face Values...
Once Gold backed Electronic Coinage is issued, I'll be able to obtain it using my Paper or Common Coinage...
If I have $100 in Paper or Common Coinage, I'll be able to obtain a One Ounce, $100 Gold Coin...
