Mona looked at the necklace she just bought. It was in the shape of a moon in its waxing crescent phase and it was silver. Accidentally, the moon was in its waxing crescent phase that night as well. Mona thought this is a lucky coincidence. She bought it because she was going on a date tonight and wanted to look classy with an air of mystery. She also wanted it to bring luck for her because she really liked this guy.
She took a shower, did her make up and wore a beautiful black dress. Ozul was his name and he waited for her outside in a car. It was a beautiful night and after their nice dinner, they sat in a park nearby to watch the stars and talk.
"Do you believe darkness can bring good in the world?" Ozul asked Mona while looking at the stars.
"I think darkness and light challenge and complement each other. They can't survive without one another. Yes, through light, darkness brings good in the world," Mona replied looking at Ozul's handsome face bewitched by his beauty.
"In that case, I want to remember this night, lets do something dark!" Ozul asked Mona excited.
"What do you mean, what do you want us to do?" Mona asked a bit worried and excited as well.
"I have a rich uncle, let's steal something form him. He has a baseball bat and ball signed by a famous baseball player. Let's steal them and go on a vacation to Italy with the money. He doesn't come to his house. He is very rich and always working,"Ozul said thrilled.
Ozul and Mona go to Ozul's uncle house and find the baseball bat and ball. They are overjoyed, but just as they were coming out of the house, the security system installed created an annoying sound hurting their ears. So, they stopped for a moment.
"The police is going to come any second, hurry up lets get out of here," Ozul said to Mona rushing outside.
Mona couldn't move because she was frightened of a creature, which looked like a werewolf. She saw pictures of this creature in books because she was studying mythology at that time and she knew for sure that she saw a werewolf.
Ozul stopped running as well and they both stared at the werewolf. The creature was feeding, she was eating a sheep and its meat was in its mouth. He couldn't get near them because he was afraid of the silver necklace Mona was wearing. Suddenly the creature transformed and turned into Ozul's uncle. He threw away the sheep in his mouth. He wasn't wearing any clothes so he took out a robe that was nearby and covered himself.
"Don't you dare tell anyone what you just saw!" Ozul's uncle shouted at Mona and Ozul with so much anger that everything in the room shuddered.
Without saying a word, they gave him the baseball bat and ball. But he didn't accept them. "it's all yours, just don't tell anyone," he said.
As Mona and Ozul were leaving the house, amazed at what they just saw, they planned their vacation to Italy.
The necklace did bring her luck after all.
