Hope everyone is doing great, here is the new healthy recipe. I have prepared a very new dish, many of you will have not heard about this vegetable that is aloe vera curry. Aloe vera is very healthy in all terms. It's good for skin, hair and your tummy. So to keep whole human healthy I have prepared this vegetable.
Recipe
Take the fresh and sweet Aloe Vera. And chop it nicely as seen in above image.
Take methi seeds also known as Fenugreek seeds. (Soak it overnight and boil it in the morning)
Take two table spoon of the fennel power.
Now let's start making it, take some ghee or oil in the kadhai, I would prefer ghee. Once the ghee is heated, put cumin seeds and hing in it.
Put the chopped aloe vera and fry it for two mins, now put all the masala (red chilli powder, haldi, salt, coriander powder and let it cook for five minutes)
- Once it's is Cooked properly put the boiled methi and the jaggery power.
- Mix it well, and in the last put corrinder leaves and garam masala and mix it. Your aloe vera healthy curry is ready to eat.
