I want to share this recipe with you, made with love. This is a simple recipe that can be prepared at home with just a few ingredients. What's special about it is that you can make it using only sugar and coconut. Preparing this at home is much better for the body than buying it from the market. Let's see how to make it step by step.
Materials Used.
Finely grated coconut 200g.
Sugar 200g.
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla .
A pinch of salt.
A drop of coloring you like.
The cooking process as follows.
Now let's get ready to prepare this. First, tray with oil to prevent sticking. Next, take a pot and add the grated coconut to it. Add some sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well until fully combined.
Now, place the coconut and sugar mixture on the stove and cook it on low flame, stirring continuously for about 10 minutes.
When the coconut mixture melts and thickens with sugar, add the coloring and vanilla mixture. Mix it again for a few minutes and remove it from the heat.
We remove the mixture from the stove and add the mixture to the oiled tray. Thin it well and cut it into pieces.
