Materials Used.
100g wheat flour.
100g Sugar .
100g grated coconut.
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
1/4 teaspoon of salt.
1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds .
Water.
4 or 5 pcs banana leaves or kanda leef.
Method of preparation.
Let us now turn to the preparation process. For that, first place a pot on the stove and add about 50g of sugar and caramelize it until it turns golden. Add a cup 1/2 of hot water to it and make the sugar caramel of normal thickness.
Now take a bowl and add wheat flour, grated coconut, salt, baking powder, cumin seeds and stir well.
Now we add sugar caramel and mix well. If the mixture is thick, add a little water and mix.
Now let's take 4 cups and put kanda leaves in that cup and heat it. If the leaves are not used, you can apply some oil. Then take the mixture and put it inside the cup. as follows.
Now what we need to do is boil this for 15-20 minutes using a steamer.
