Joining a new team to get the most lut of my cycling
On a Saturday morning, I joined the velotrybe team to cycle at 6:00 a.m. We usually pick a spot at the city where we exercise, not race but strictly for health purposes.
After that we go for some recreation, laugh, have fun and share experiences encoutered in cycling together.
The team leader, Mr Jake, sees cycling not as a game or a competitive sport but rather as something enjoyable to improve ones health, physically and mentally.
He caoches us to view cycling the same way as it is a good exercise for the heart, lungs, muscles and helps burn fat, reduce some disease infection and lowers high BP (blood pressure).
The Name Velotrybe is taken from “velocity“ (speed) and “trybe” (community). Velotrybe is a team that brings people together to cycle and get Healthy.
Their motto is “No Helmet No Riding”.
Safety is very important when cycling and the head is one.of the most important part of the body to protect.

It just makes sense to wear a helmet while cycling. It makes you feel a sense of accomplishment 😌 or steeze. The aira alone is giving
I love this team and I love cycling
Cycling 2-3 hours every weekend is not bad at all. It keeps your whole body fit and you know one thing, you are more healthy and stronger
Jus like Mr Jake would say, 'cycling is the only sport that children appreciates the most. Once you pass by, you see the cheering you, "uncle, uncle" or "mummy/daddy see bicycle" '.
These are his bikes. For the love of cycling and how much it helped him to combat his health challenge. He is even faster than most of us.
He is the eldest in the team, and the team is larger than I thought and I feel safe among them.

He did over 50km recorded with a device on his bike while we covered about 10km riding together with everyone. It was real fun as many people mixed to make the exercise enjoyable 😉
