Ya había averiguado algo de este anime, pero fue en estos días que al volver al gimnasio, me he animado a verlo, viendo que tiene para aportar. Estrenado el 2019, fue desarrollado por el estudio Doga Kobo, siendo el director Mitsue Yamazaki. Está basado en el manga de Yabako Sandrovich.

I had already found out something about this anime, but it was in these days that returning to the gym, I have encouraged me to watch it, seeing what it has to contribute. Sinopsis: Sakura Hibiki es una estudiante escolar que la comida le está comenzado a suponer un problema con su peso. Como solución decide inscribirse a un gimnasio local, donde reconocerá a una compañera popular de su escuela. Es desde ese momento que su vida se verá influenciada por ese contexto, sus compañeras y un peculiar instructor de gimnasio.

Synopsis: Sakura Hibiki is a school student that food is beginning to pose a problem with her weight. As a solution, she decides to join a local gym, where she will recognize a popular classmate from her school. It is from that moment that her life will be influenced by this context, her classmates and a peculiar gym instructor.

Estamos ante una comedia, pero que en medio de las locuras de sus personajes, hay ciertos aspectos informativos. Y es que al ser una serie que muestra actividades en un gimnasio, nos da posibles rutinas, consejos e información variada, para ayudarnos en nuestros propios objetivos de pérdida de peso u obtención de músculos.

This is a comedy, but in the midst of the craziness of its characters, there are certain informative aspects. And being a series that shows activities in a gym, it gives us possible routines, tips and various information to help us in our own goals of weight loss or muscle gain.

Dicho eso, la trama muestra a la protagonista y sus amigas en cada episodio, como afrontar ciertos desafíos, mientras realizan diversas actividades, desde crear su grupo de idols, hasta participar en diferentes competencias. En la comedia, tenemos momentos repletos de humor de gimnasio, diseños estrambóticos como el del instructor Naruzo Machio, y claro la personalidad disparatada de varios personajes.

That said, the plot shows the protagonist and her friends in each episode, how to face certain challenges, while performing various activities, from creating their group of idols, to participate in different competitions. In the comedy, we have moments full of gym humor, outlandish designs like that of instructor Naruzo Machio, and of course the wacky personalities of various characters.

Es bastante fácil de ver, pero a su vez, tampoco hay muchas sorpresas o una trama que evolucione. Sobre la animación, es bastante regular, no destaca mucho en ello. La música en cambio si, con el excelente opening y gracioso ending.

It's pretty easy to watch, but at the same time, there aren't many surprises or a plot that evolves. About the animation, it's pretty regular, it doesn't stand out much. The music on the other hand, with the excellent opening and funny ending.

Veo difícil que hagan una 2da temporada, así que si intentas actualizarte con la historia solo nos queda el manga. Si te gusta o quieres mejorar tu actividad física, especialmente la asociada con un gimnasio, intenta darle una oportunidad.

I see it difficult for them to make a 2nd season, so if you try to catch up with the story, we only have the manga left.If you like or want to improve your physical activity, especially the one associated with a gym, try to give it a chance.

I'm not a big fan of anime of this theme but I think it's a positive point that we can take from this series exercise routines and physical activities that we can do ourselves.

No soy muy fan del anime de esta temática pero me parece un punto positivo que podamos sacar de esta serie rutinas de ejercicios y actividades físicas que podemos realizar nosotros mismos.
