Sinopsis: Charlie y Pim son los empleados de una organización dedicada a hacer felices a sus clientes, especialmente en situaciones críticas; a su vez, tendrán todo tipo de eventos inesperados en su rutina diaria.

Partamos que si bien es un mundo semejante al real, tiene bastante personajes que son simplemente seres animados, sin una forma en especifica. En cada capítulo veremos un caso para que el dúo protagonista trate de hacer feliz. En general, todo está tomado desde el humor, bien satírico y en momentos, violento.

La animación 2d es simple, lo experimental lo hace destacar. Es experimental pues ya no solo son los diseños, el tipo de humor u otros; sino que también se usa mucho una animación estrambótica, con muchos juegos de luces, poner personajes 3d en el habitual 2d de la serie. También hay variados efectos de sonido para tratar de expresar sorpresa, terror u otros.
The 2d animation is simple, the experimental makes it stand out. It is experimental because it is not only the designs, the type of humor and others; but also the use of an outlandish animation, with many games of lights, putting 3d characters in the usual 2d of the series.
