Hello, beautiful people all over the world! I welcome you all to the Foodies Bee Hive community, a community where you can show your yummy, simple, and delicious meal recipes and get to see a lot of different recipes as well, from different people all over the world.

I am here today to give you guys another beautiful recipe for a delicious snack you can start your day with. I love snacks so much, and that is why I have learned how to make different types of snacks.

So today I will be making veggies and fish pie. Trust me when I say it tastes so delicious more than it cost, so let's see the ingredients that make these crunchy snacks.

Ingredients are:

Flour (500g)

Sugar (100g)

Oil (150g)

Curry powder (4g)

Fish (250g)

Spring onions (3 pieces)

Carrots (1 piece)

Green beans (3g)

Onions (1 piece)

Pepper (10g)

Baking powder (half tablespoon)

Seasoning cube (1 piece)

Salt (1 teaspoon)

Procedure**

I cut the fish into two, washed the dirt off, put them on the burner to parboil, and added a half teaspoon of salt.

I made use of a grater to blend the pepper.

Then I used a knife to slice the veggies.

Spring onions

Carrot

Green beans

Onion

Now it's time to fry the veggies.

I debone the fish with two forks.

Then put a small frying pan on the burner, allow it to dry, and then pour the groundnut oil inside.

After that, I poured the green beans and fried them for one minute because they were very hard.

I added carrots and fried them for another one minute.

Then I added onions and the spring onions, then stirred it.

I added the blended pepper as well.

I added one seasoning cube, a half teaspoon of salt, and half a teaspoon of curry powder.

Lastly, I added the debon fish and then stirred it, and allowed it to fry on low heat while I continued with some other things.

I poured the flour into a clean bowl, added baking powder, a pinch of salt, and 100 grams of sugar, and then mixed it thoroughly so that the ingredients could circulate through the flour.

I added one full tablespoon of groundnut oil, and then broke the egg inside as well. I then made use of my hand to mix it.

After that, I started to add water gradually until the mixture stuck together to form a dough. I made use of two teacups of water.

I made use of a rolling pin to spread the small quantity of dough.

Then pour a small quantity of the sauce on it and then fold it up. I made use of a fork to press the edges down.

The same process was applied to the rest of the dough.

Lastly, I put a bigger frying pan on the burner, made use of a brush to spread oil inside, and then placed the folded dough inside.

I allowed it to fry for three minutes on low heat, then I turned it to the other side for another three minutes.

The same process was applied to the rest until I finished it.

Now that the veggies and fish pie are ready, you can have it with any kind of drink you want.

I don't cook much fish because my husband is not big on seafood, except sushi and sashimi. However, this recipe looks amazing, even if it's a little tedious.
I love homecooked meals like this one:)))

Hehehe 😁 it looks stressful because you might have not done it before, I find it easy and fun because I love homemade food and I make my food all by myself.

If you want to try it you can use chicken, or beef instead of fish and that is what makes it unique

How much did you spend for this serving? It looks very delicious but how about the price?

Your recipe for fish pie sounds absolutely delightful! I love how you detailed each step, making it easy to follow along. The combination of fresh veggies and fish wrapped in a crispy, golden crust sounds perfect for a tasty snack. I appreciate the tip about frying the green beans first to soften them up. I can’t wait to try this recipe out in my own kitchen. Thanks for sharing this delicious snack idea with the Foodies Bee Hive community! 😬👋
