Buenos dias a todos, por fin llego el fin de semana o sea sabado, la verdad el dia se presenta muy bello, por lo tanto en este caso la comida para el almuerzo tendria que ser tambien un manjar, cuando digo manjar, me refiero a algo fuera de lo comun, que se cocine rapido y por supuesto que salga muy rico, como por ejemplo un filete de pescado con un revuelto de verduras.
Primero colocamos las verduras en una sarten para darle una coccion, las mismas son, cebolla, ajo, morron, zanahoria rallada, luego de agregar una poco de aceite en la misma, cocinamos todo esto y el fillete de pescado, lo cocinamos a la plancha, le agregamos sal a gusto, un poco de aceite de oliva, oregano, cuando esta cocinado lo agregamos todo en un plato como se ve en la foto.
