SIGUIENDO CON UNA COMIDA MUY SANA-----FOLLOWING WITH A VERY HEALTHY MEAL

Buenos dias a todos, como siempre digo y es de mi agrado el de comer sano, sabemos que tambien es una buena manera de cuidarnos, mas cuando esa comida se trata de pechuga de pollo al grille, mandioca o yuca frita y tomate cortado en julianas, para preparar dicho grille, de una pechuga de pollo, la cual cortamos como si fuera churrasco, luego colocamos la plancha en la hornalla de la cocina, cuando esta caliente, agregamos dicho pollo y en una sarten le agregamos un poco de aceite, luego la mandioca o yuca cortada en bastoncitos, una fritas ya estan listas para degustarlas.

Luego tenemos el tomate, el cual una ves que lo lavamos muy bien, lo cortamos en julianas, mas bien gruesasm le agregamos sal a gusto y liesto para acompañar el resto de la comida, que por cierto sierto salio todo miy rico.
