Fresh Calamaris...turned into a magical dish!
The most difficult part...cleaning and peeling the calamaris!
Cut them in small pieces and season with salt, pepper, thyme, garlic paste, lemon juice, mustard paste and some mild spices!
Toss and coat the marinated calamaris pieces, then deep fry until crispy!
Et voila...hot and crispy calamaris, ready to be enjoyed!
My dinner plate with the crispy calamaris with some French fries, fresh lemon and spicy sauce...and some French Baguette!
