Amen, I agree with your premise and with your epiphany, it is a battle to achieve it because people always want what in my case I see is like attention haha 😅 but I think that the time that is wasted on others unnecessarily is a time that when we have to leave this world will give us much regret having lost it because it is life that will not return. In many things of what you say is when I tell myself that I appreciate my loneliness, is a good companion 😎
