As I ventured into a neighboring state for a wedding celebration, I stumbled upon a long-lost friend (Star Lager Beer), shine shine Bobo as they call it in here in Nigeria. It had been roughly six or seven years since I last indulged in this beloved brew, and the nostalgia was palpable. My journey with Star Lager began many years ago, and it quickly became one of my go-to beers. However, its scarcity in recent years had left me longing for that familiar taste.
