After getting some poor feedback on my art work, I decided to make a switch. Now I wanted to draw that people will assume it as a positive aspect to life. Today, I wanted to deaw something unique in the name of Indian God. I already worked on, Jai Jagannath, Sri Ganesha, Maa Durga, and now it's time to elevate my work. With all the devotion and faith in heart I went onto draw something. After many hours of pure dedication, I ended up with this outcome.
Hanuman's prominence grew after the arrival of Islamic rule in the Indian subcontinent, and he became a cultural icon in the colonial and post-colonial era.
Lord Hanuman is one of the most widely worshiped Hindu deities because of his many qualities. Hanuman's stories teach us about the importance of being honest, having faith, and never giving up. Hanuman is a central figure in the Hindu epic, the Ramayana, where he is known for his unwavering devotion to Rama. Hanuman's name comes from Sanskrit, where hanu means "jaw" and mana means "disfigured". This name refers to an incident when Hanuman flew to the sun and was struck by a thunderbolt, disfiguring his jaw. Hanuman is worshipped as a deity who can protect people from evil. Hanuman is also known as Maruti, Bajrangabali, and Anjaneya.
He is symbol of strength and power. Our wrestlers use to pray to him before practice or match. I choosed to make a art of him after much thought. And ended up with this piece of art. To draw this, I made use of pencil and water colours to draw it on a A4 size of paper. The progress include drawing a sketch onnthe white sheets and then colouring it with colours. Here are the steps involved as i capture with my mobile.
A picture speaks a thousand words. I think all the step captured is enough to describe my effort in the outcome. I also took this oppurtunity to take few shots.
This is my tribute to the lord of strength and power.
