Tuxedo and Jeans
Tuxedo and Jeans lived in one wardrobe,
Two items with different purposes.
They hung on the same hanger,
But did not interact in any way.
Tuxedo was formal, for such occasions,
Which happen maybe once in lifetime.
Jeans, on contrary, were old and simple,
Perfect for painting barn in the village.

One day some unknown reason picked up Tuxedo
And carried it away through streets.
Jeans did not want to part with Tuxedo,
And began to reach for it, not letting go.
So they traveled, despite any obstacles,
Jeans did not retreat and did not give up,
Accompanied Tuxedo at every step, every turn,
And did not lose faith in bright tomorrow.
"Well, I no longer have strength to test you, -
Fate once said. - You win, choose any prize!"
"I haven't seen all countries yet! - replied Tuxedo. -
That's why I want to continue this journey!"
"I want to go back to wardrobe, - answered Jeans. -
And I want to be there with my friend Tuxedo!"
Fable wouldn't be fable if it ended happy or neutral,
So fate returned Tuxedo and Jeans to dark wardrobe,
Not because it makes any sense,
But because any fable must end in some strange way.
The original text was written by me in Russian. I haven't studied English systematically, so translation may not be ideal. The main work was done by Google Translate, I just corrected obvious absurdities, where I noticed them and where I did not confuse them with brilliant insights.
