In India, a working person belongs from a middle class usually have a very typical routine. People here belongs to this group having very less time to spend time with their families. Actually this affects their relationships with their loved ones. We all can relate with this that people do work for hours for whom they earn but the reality is this whole thing makes them seperate them from their own people's. I'm growing up observing these things around myself. I think one should focus just not to gather the income for well being of his peoples but also take care of his internal relationships as well, like as they did in their work culture. For this people needs to strat thinking of the way by which they can achieve this. They must be looking for the places where they are lacking. I can advice to start with taking care on your daily diet, what you intake what you do to you body and does you fulfilling the requirements that needed by your body. I am sharing with your my breakfast what i did today. It is full of all the vital nutritious things which my body needed to be healthy. I'm not sure it is the best plan but I see improvement in myself by following such. It can help you fulfilling the nutrition which your body lacking. I'm wondering about why people usually went out on the streets to catch up for the food, if they can had all the healthy stuffs at their own house with reasonable prices.
My Breakfast:
• 1 Orange
• Some Black Grapes
• Handful of Cucumber Slices
• A Glass of Banana Milkshake
• A Cup of Roasted Peanuts
