in #hive-1525242 years ago

Greetings, coffee aficionados! After a long absence from the amazing Hive Platform coffee community - Cinnamon Cup Coffee -, I'm so excited to share my experience of sipping a cup of the delightful Gayo Highlands Wine Arabica coffee at Galeri Kopi Gayo in Bener Meriah District. The unique flavor of this coffee derives from the ripe red cherries and the special processing method used to craft it. I'm sure you'll love it!

Most of coffee lovers have already known that arabica coffee from Gayo Highlands of Aceh Province in Sumatra Island Indonesia is one of the most sought-after coffees in the world. It is grown in the Gayo Highlands, in the Aceh Province of Indonesia, and is known for its unique taste and aroma. The coffee I tasted today is coffee is made from Arabica beans which is known for its full body, sweet aroma, and earthy flavor.

Wine arabica coffee has a unique processing method, which is what gives it its unique taste and aroma. It is a coffee that has a complex flavor profile and can be enjoyed by all coffee lovers. But sure it’s not wine at all, but pure arabica coffee with special fermentation process for one month or more.

Juan Andika, a friend of mine at Galeri Kopi Gayo served me a cup of wine coffee. He shake it with ice. So, I enjoyed the coffee while it’s cold. It’s really perfect to taste wine arabica gayo coffee when it’s cold or it’s with ice.

Here is the look of wine coffee roasted beans. It’s roasted in medium profile. According to Juan, wine coffee is absolutely perfect to serve as a drip coffee in medium level of roasting. The wine coffee will deliver complex aroma and taste at medium profile. Mostly, the dominance taste is just like a real wine, and a bit sour, a bit bitter, and some sweet taste as well.

The grinding profile for making coffee in a drip pot must be a bit coarse. The aroma of wine coffee gayo is truly something special. After being ground, the aroma of the beans fills the room with a sweet, earthy scent that is sure to elevate any coffee experience. I would have really enjoyed this unique and flavorful coffee experience with every cup.

The wooden coffee galery is such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, with wooden tables and chairs and a cozy fireplace that makes the room feel like a comfortable home. For decoration of galery, they also place some posters and certificates on the wall.

There is also a coffee quote by Manuel Diaz: “The coffee chain has many steps all with the goal of making a delicious cup of” Source

Wine coffee! Now, that’s something totally new to me. I think that iced coffee is such a “thing”, but I prefer my coffee hot. Hehe
The shop, with the unique display of certificates and equipment, looks almost industrial, but I think you enjoyed your stay and your coffee! ☕️☕️☕️

Hi @itsostylish... Thank you for the comment 😁
Wine coffee is quite popular here. We tried drinking hot wine coffee, but the taste wasn't quite perfect. However, when we added some ice, it became absolutely delicious!

The place looks like coffee heaven. Wine coffee sounds relevant to my interests :) Do you always have to drink it cold? Or can one drink it warm too?

Wow, I want to go there to relax while sipping Gayo coffee brewed by Juan, a cool introduction to our super duper roaster @jhonbruce
