Life and emotions will always happen. However, you must triumph over them if you are going to see positive results. This is an observation I have made, trying to improve my dedication at different aspects in the crypto arena.

And crypto being crypto will do this to you from time to time. How to put your emotions under control.
#Planning: planing your work is among, if not the best solution to being disciplined and resolved in all circumstances that will arise. Creating a plan and sticking to it. Will put you ahead of yourself and your emotions. The weight of life, emotions and the grip of the crypto market begins to loose their power over you.
Ones plan is best detailed in every possible way, from how much time you will dedicate to researching, then how much time to executing. What kind of content will you put out on what days, why that content and who is your targeted audience . The plan allows you to go a step further into studying your target ordinance and putting out work that archives desired results. If and when planning is taken seriously one’s business strategy for there crypto and blogging endeavors begins to form and suddenly it’s no longer just posting but addressing needs of your business at a given time and aiming for the best lol!! Not expecting the worst. Benefiting both you and others that read your content. This plan should also take into consideration when to stay away from blogging or crypto related issues.
Rest, Rest , Rest.
The mind needs to relax and wonder. Watching what people are posting through and through just begins to mess up your emotions. Worse ;taking note of the performance of others in comparison to your only to notice what you dim as bad writing keeps out performing you. Unfortunately rewards will not always go to deserving post. They are many factors that surround who gets upvotes. But your style and growth is in your hands. Taking time to relax allows you to digest and find inspiration for more work that will put you ahead as you take in, what you’ve been reading though.
While taking a break find something else to do. Something away from crypto and the hive. Leave life a little and take in moments for yourself and upvote yourself at life as you relax.
You will not put out your best work everyday.
The goal is to be consistent and put out quality work. However it turns out. What matters is you went on the battle field, put out an amazing load of work. Interacted with others and put a smile on those who need the warmth of your words, better yet transformed a life for the better by putting out good work that curries and takes someone to greater heights, in their life’s endeavor whatever they are . Knowing that you are putting out your best work enables you to stand tall over your emotions and not weaver with how you feel on that particular day.
when your work doesn’t gets the results you hoped for . You still have something to fall back and on and pat yourself in the back. A platform to improve yourself on, because the work represents your current standing at the craft. Improving it moves you closer to your goal and everything else your whisk to archive in the crypto verse.
