If you ask me to rank the University campus of Bangladesh according to their architectural significance and beauty then this campus would be at the top of the list!
IUT - Islamic University of Technology is one of the few campuses with masterpiece design where students can live surrounded by nature and have a life-changing, effective education.
Let me take you on a tour!
One of my cousins recently got admitted to this University and invited us to his campus. And we said yes immediately because we already knew about the beauty of this place.
IUT is located at K B Bazar Rd, Gazipur - Bangladesh, not far from the capital city. The red brick buildings and the lake surrounded by the campus will surely catch your attention. This place is called Red Heaven for its beautiful redbrick architecture. The campus was designed by Turkish architect Mehmet Doruk Pamir, an MIT graduate. You can see the touch of Islamic architecture in the design.
The Central is the heart of the campus where there is an Auditorium, Student Center, Gymnasium, Library, and Mosque.
The open area usually gets busy with the students during the day. But as we were there in the afternoon so there were not many. We stroll around to enjoy the campus’s peaceful ambiance.
This is the central Mosque. By the name of the University, you can guess this institute emphasizes practicing Islam as well as a good education.
It's not mandatory to pray but as the students, teachers, and office staff are like-minded people you will get to see the mosque is a regular place for them to pray.
One of the major significance of the design is the front gate with Five Pillars - represents the Five Pillars of Islam.
These are the academic buildings.
International Engineering Technological Research University offers undergraduate and graduate programs in engineering and technical education.

You can watch their Official YT channel to learn more about the University if you are interested.
This campus is sure not a tourist spot but if you get an invitation don't hesitate to visit there. The lush green field, the beautiful redbrick buildings, and the lake will be worth the trip.
What I love most about the place is the peace of the campus. Unlike the major city campus with noise and chaos, you will see less traffic, with no crowd of outsiders (well, I was one), this campus is the opposite.
The tranquil environment would be suitable for anyone seeking higher education in a peaceful environment which is very rare because of campus and student politics in my country.
It was a truly wonderful experience. I wish to visit this beautiful place again.
